Vera Kolodzig
Vera Kolodzig (born 22 April 1985 in Lisbon) is a Portuguese actress of German descent. Life and career Kolodzig, whose father is German, lived in Cascais until she was 18 and then went to London to study contemporary theatre at the University of Essex. She started her career early, doing commercials at the age of 6. She performed in a number of theatre productions, most recently (2011/12) in ''Os 39 Degraus'', an adaption of Hitchcock's '' The 39 Steps''. She is most known for starring in several Portuguese telenovelas.Biographical details

Ilha Dos Amores
Ilha dos Amores is a Portugal, Portuguese telenovela produced by Televisão Independente, TVI, that began on 26 March 2007 and, ultimately ended on 9 December 2008, authored by Maria João Mira and Diogo Horta. Apart from its theme of finding love, its principal theme was emigration. The action centered principally in the Azores, but also included segments in Canada and continental Portugal. Principal photography began in January 2007, and filming in the Azores continued until August 2008. Production During the telenovela, the story centres on the tragic protagonists ''Beatriz Machado da Câmara'' (Sofia Nicholson) and ''Jaime Valente'' (Adriano Luz) who perish on the first episode of the series. Doida por ti ( en, Mad about you) is a Portuguese telenovela broadcast by TVI. It was written by Maria João Mira, the working title of the series was ''Lua de Papel'' (''Paper Moon''). ''Doida Por Ti'' premiered on October 24, 2012. Originally, it ran from Monday to Friday in the hour preceding the news program ''Jornal das 8'', the time slot previously reserved for ''Morangos com Açúcar''.
