Veluwana College
Veluwana College ( si, කොළඹ වේළුවන විද්යාලය) in Dematagoda was established 11 June 1951 by the Buddhist Society led by Veluwanarama temple. It is one of the oldest Buddhist schools in Sri Lanka. Upul Chandika Hathurusingha ( si, උපුල් චන්දික හතුරුසිංහ; born 13 September 1968) is a former cricketer. He was also the former head coach of the Sri Lanka national cricket team. Cricket
Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps.
