Veena Music (Oriental Audio Visual Electronics) is a music label based in Rajasthan, India. It is owned by K. C. Maloo and is headquartered at Jaipur. Since its establishment, it has released many albums in Rajasthani and Hindi languages. and has also acquired music rights of many Rajasthani films. Its main aim is to promote true Rajasthani music in today's music scenario of adulterated, poor and high-noise music. It was established 25 years ago, and has since been a pioneer in fostering Rajasthani music through its albums and various cultural programmes held across the state and abroad. It is a highly successful and well-known music label in Rajasthan. Many regional and non-regional artists are associated with the label which includes regional artists Seema Mishra, Deepali, Supriya and O. P. Phonographic Performance Limited (PPL) is a British music copyright collective. It is a private limited company that is registered in the UK. PPL was founded by Decca Records and EMI and incorporated on 12 May 1934, and undertakes collective rights management of sound recordings on behalf of its record-company members, and distributes the fees collected to both its record company (rights holder) members and performer members. This type of music originates from the Rajasthan, one of the states of India and home to several important centers of Indian musical development, including Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaipur. Arvind Singh Mewar (born 13 December 1944) is an Indian businessman, former royal and chairman of HRH Group of Hotels. Arvind and his brother Mahendra both claim to be the 76th custodian of the House of Mewar. The Maharanas of Udaipur are custodians of the kingdom on behalf of Sri Eklingji (Lord Shiva). He is the second son of Bhagwat Singh Mewar and younger brother of Mahendra. The Manganhar are a Muslim community found in the desert of Rajasthan, India; mostly in the districts of Barmer and Jaisalmer. also found in the districts of Tharparkar and Sanghar in the bordering province of Sindh in Pakistan.
