	Vasyl Horbal Vasyl Mykhailovych Horbal ( uk, Василь Михайлович Горбаль; born 18 March 1971) is a Ukrainian politician, former member of the Verkhovna Rada. In 1993-2002 he worked for various banks in Kyiv and since 1996 as a director of Ukrgasbank. 	Lviv Oblast Council The Lviv Oblast Council or Lviv Regional Council ( uk, Львівська обласна рада) is the regional council (parliament) of the Lviv Oblast (region) located in western Ukraine.
