Vasilije Pušica
Vasilije "Vasa" Pušica ( sr-cyr, Василије "Васа" Пушица, born September 12, 1995) is a Serbian professional basketball player for Igokea m:tel of the Bosnian League and the ABA League. He played college basketball for the University of San Diego and Northeastern University. Early career Pušica started to play basketball in his hometown Belgrade, for the Partizan youth selections. In 2013, Pušica was recruited to attend a prep school in Kansas, U.S., Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, a suburb of Wichita. During the 2013–14 season, he averaged 9.3 points and 5.0 rebounds per game. College career San Diego Toreros (2014–2016) In the Toreros' 2014–15 season, Pušica appeared in 30 games with one start and averaged 4.6 points per game to go along with 2.1 rebounds and a team-leading 74 assists. BC Prienai
BC Prienai () was a Lithuanian professional basketball club based in Prienai. They played domestically in the Lithuanian Basketball League every year since winning the promotion in 2009. During the 2008–09 season, then called Rūdupis, they became the champion of the NKL and won the challenge match for a slot in the LKL. In their debut LKL season Rūdupis took seventh place, while next two seasons brought BC Prienai two bronze LKL medals. BC Prienai played in EuroCup 2011–12 with moderate success; the team won 3 games out of 6, but nonetheless failed to qualify for the next stage. More recently, the team has become a strong competitor in domestic tournaments, more than once upsetting teams such as Žalgiris Kaunas and Lietuvos rytas Vilnius. BC Astana
Astana Basketball Club (), commonly referred to as BC Astana, is a Kazakh professional basketball club that is based in Astana, Kazakhstan. Founded in 2011, it has competed in the Kazakhstan Basketball Championship and the VTB United League since, obtaining many domestic titles in the process. History BC Astana was created in March 2011, with the aim of competing in the VTB United League. Valery Tikhonenko was chosen as the team's general director. Bel Aire, Kansas
Bel Aire is a city in Sedgwick County, Kansas, United States, and a suburb of Wichita. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 8,262. History Bel Aire was founded in January 1955 when a group of local residents petitioned the county government to create it as an improvement district for water. On November 26, 1980, Bel Aire formally incorporated as a city, despite a two-year legal dispute with the Wichita city government over whether or not it had the right to do so. 2019 CAA Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2019 Colonial Athletic Association men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Colonial Athletic Association for the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The tournament was held March 9–12, 2019 at the North Charleston Coliseum in North Charleston, South Carolina. Northeastern defeated Hofstra 82–74 in the championship game and received the CAA's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. It was the second title for Northeastern in the CAA, the last coming in 2015. Seeds All 10 CAA teams participated in the tournament. Teams were seeded by conference record, with a tiebreaker system used to seed teams with identical conference records. The Coastal Athletic Association men's basketball tournament is the conference championship tournament in basketball for the Coastal Athletic Association (formerly known as the Colonial Athletic Association). Mirza Delibašić Cup (), formerly Basketball Cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina (), is the men's national basketball cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is run by the Basketball Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is named after Bosnian basketball legend and FIBA Hall of Fame member Mirza Delibašić.
