Valter Poghosyan
Walter Poghosyan ( hy, Վալտեր Պողոսյան, born 16 May 1992 in Yerevan) is an Armenian football player who currently plays midfielder for the Armenia national football team and for Armenian Premier League club Banants Yerevan. Club career Walter Poghosyan instilled an interest in football at an early age and started the sport when he was 7 years old. He initially went to football school Pyunik Yerevan, and later moved to the football school Banants Yerevan. At 13 years of age, the young football player received the attention of the club breeders. The club offered a contract at that time, which Poghosyan signed. In 2008, Poghosyan played for the youth team of Banants – Patani. He played two matches for the club in the Armenian Cup. The following year, Poghosyan debuted in the first team, which he played six league games for. The 2010 Armenian Cup was the 19th season of Armenian knockout football competition. It featured only the 8 Premier League teams. The tournament started on 23 March 2010. Pyunik won their second consecutive cup with a 4–0 victory over Banants in the final. Because Pyunik qualified for the 2010–11 UEFA Champions League as league champions, Banants claimed the cup winner berth in the 2010–11 UEFA Europa League. Ruben Rafiki Hayrapetyan ( hy, Ռուբեն Ռաֆիկի Հայրապետյան, born 9 March 1963 in Yerevan, Armenia), also known by his nickname Nemets Rubo (''Rubo The German''), is an Armenian football official, a former member of the Armenian Parliament and a businessman. Between 2002-2018, Hayrapetyan was the president of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA). He was elected to the Armenian Parliament twice, in 2003 and 2007.
