Vahdat Azamatovich Hanonov ( tg, Ваҳдат Ҳаннонов, russian: Вахдат Азаматович Ханонов; born 25 July 2000) is a Tajik professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Persian Gulf Pro League club Persepolis and the Tajikistan national team. Club career CSKA Pamir Dushanbe Hanonov scored for CSKA Pamir Dushanbe in their 4–1 defeat to FC Istiklol on 9 May 2019. Persepolis On 7 November 2021, Hanonov left Istiklol with Manuchehr Safarov to sign for Iranian club Persepolis, on a contract until 30 June 2024. Iranian Hazfi Cup
Hazfi Cup (Jām-e Hazfi; ) is the Iranian football knockout cup competition, run by the Iranian Football Federation. The Iranian football league was not held during the 1980s, hence the winner of Hazfi Cup represented Iran in the Asian Club Championship. After the revive of the league system, the champion of Iranian league qualified for Asian Club Championship and the winner of Hazfi Cup ran for Asian Cup Winners' Cup. However, the Asian Cup Winners' Cup merged with the Asian Champions Cup in 2002–03 to form the AFC Champions League and Iran had been initially given two (and later four) slots in this competitions. The IRIFF decided to award one of Iran's AFC Champions League spots to the winner of the Hazfi Cup, and since then, the winners of Hazfi Cup have always been allocated a spot in the AFC Champions League. 2023 CAFA Nations Cup
The 2023 CAFA Nations Cup was the first edition of the CAFA Nations Cup, the biennial international men's football championship of Central Asia organized by the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA). The event was held in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan from June 10 to 20. Background The inaugural edition of the senior men's tournament was initially planned to be hosted by Tashkent in October 2018. It was not played out though. In March 2023, it was announced the inaugural edition of the senior men's tournament would commence in June 2023 in Tashkent and Bishkek for the six member associations, along with the addition of two invited guest teams: Russia and an unconfirmed Asian team. The Iranian Super Cup (Persian: سوپر جام ایران, ''Super Jam-e 'Iran'') is an Iranian association football trophy awarded to the winner of a match between the Persian Gulf Pro League's season champion and the winner of the Hazfi Cup. It is similar to numerous other Super Cup tournaments held in other countries. The tournament was only held once in 2005 when Hazfi Cup champions Saba Battery defeated league champions Foolad 4–0. The next edition of the Iranian Super Cup was planned to be played on 10 August 2007 between the 2006–07 league champions Saipa and the Hazfi Cup winners Sepahan but the match was cancelled. The Superjomi Tojikiston (''Tajiki: Суперҷоми Тоҷикистон''; fa, سوپرجام تاجیکستان), or Tajik Super Cup, is a one-match football annual competition. The two participating clubs are holders of the Tajik League champions title and the Tajik Cup. If the Tajik League championship and the Tajik Cup are won by the same team, then the other participant is the runner-up of Tajik League. AFC Cup
The AFC Cup is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Under its current rules, the competition is played primarily between clubs from nations that did not receive direct qualifying slots in the top-tier AFC Champions League, based on the AFC Club Competitions Ranking. Al-Kuwait SC and Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya are the most successful clubs in the competition's history, having won three titles each.
