Vadim Abdrashitov
Vadim Yusupovich Abdrashitov (russian: Вадим Юсупович Абдрашитов, tt-Cyrl, Вадим Йосыф улы Габдерәшитов) is one of Russian cinema's most notable independent directors. He is internationally renowned, with awards from the Berlin and Venice Film Festivals, and is a People's Artist of Russia. Early life and education Abdrashitov was born in Ukraine to Tatar father and Russian mother. He moved all over the Soviet Union with his father's military assignments. He was so impressed with the space flight of the first Russian cosmonaut that he left his parents and moved to Moscow to study nuclear physics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Grigori Gorin (russian: Григо́рий Го́рин), real name Grigori Israilevich Ofshtein (russian: Григо́рий Изра́илевич Офштейн; March 12, 1940, Moscow — June 15, 2000, Moscow) was a Soviet and Russian playwright and writer of Jewish descent. The Alfred Bauer Prize was an annual film award, presented by the Berlin International Film Festival, as part of its Silver Bear series of awards, to a film that "opens new perspectives on cinematic art". The prize was suspended in 2020 after it was revealed that the founding director of the festival Alfred Bauer had been an active high-ranking Nazi closely involved in a propaganda organisation set up by Joseph Goebbels. The film was entered into the main competition at the 44th edition of the Venice Film Festival, where it received the President of the Italian Senate's Gold Medal. Plot Fifteen year old gifted teenager Ruslan Chutko longs to do good and help the police to identify offenses under the pseudonym Plumbum (Latin for - Lead). Plumbum decides in a single provincial town to eradicate the evil. Surrealism is a cultural movement that developed in Europe in the aftermath of World War I in which artists depicted unnerving, illogical scenes and developed techniques to allow the unconscious mind to express itself. Graphic violence refers to the depiction of especially vivid, brutal and realistic acts of violence in visual media such as film, television, and video games. It may be real, simulated live action, or animated. Intended limitedly for mature audience, the "graphic" in graphic violence is a synonym for "explicit", referring to the clear and unabashed nature of the violence portrayed. Media Graphic violence generally consists of any clear and uncensored depiction of various violent acts.
