''Yevadu'' () is a 2014 Indian Telugu-language action thriller film co-written and directed by Vamsi Paidipally. The film stars Ram Charan, Shruti Haasan, and Amy Jackson while Allu Arjun and Kajal Aggarwal in cameo roles with Jayasudha, Sai Kumar, Rahul Dev and Brahmanandam play supporting roles. The film was produced by Dil Raju under the banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. Devi Sri Prasad composed the film's music, while Marthand K. Venkatesh was the film's editor. Vakkantham Vamsi co-wrote the film's script with Paidipally. The core plot was partially inspired by John Woo's 1997 American film '' Face/Off'', and revolves around two strangers, Satya and Charan. Vamsi Paidipally
Paidipally Vamshidhar Rao (born 27 July 1979), better known as Vamshi Paidipally, is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works primarily in Telugu cinema. He is best known for directing mainstream film works such as '' Munna'' (2007), '' Brindavanam'' (2010), ''Yevadu'' (2014), ''Oopiri'' (2016), and ''Maharshi'' (2019). Paidipally has won a National Film Award for ''Maharshi''. Early life Vamshi Paidipally was born on 27 July 1979 in Khanapur of Adilabad district, Telangana. His parents, who hail from Bheemaram near Jagtial town, own a cinema hall in Khanapur. He did his schooling in Hyderabad Public School, and his intermediate from Little Flower Junior College. Jayasudha Kapoor (born Sujatha Nidudavolu) is an Indian actress and politician known for her works predominantly in Telugu cinema. She has also worked in few Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi films.
