V Constitutional Government Of East Timor
The V Constitutional Government ( pt, V Governo Constitucional, tet, V Governu Konstitusionál) was the fifth Constitutional Government (administration or cabinet) under the Constitution of East Timor. Formed on 8 August 2012, it was led by the country's fifth Prime Minister, Xanana Gusmão José Alexandre "Xanana" Gusmão (; born 20 June 1946) is an East Timorese politician. A former rebel, he was the third President of the independent East Timor, serving from 2002 to 2007. Ágio Pereira
Hermenegildo Augusto "Ágio" Cabral Pereira Alves (also known as ''Ágio'' Pereira) (born 31 March 1956) is an East Timorese politician, and a member of the National Congress for Timorese Reconstruction (CNRT). He is the incumbent Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, serving since July 2023 in the IX Constitutional Government of East Timor led by Prime Minister Xanana Gusmão. In the VI Constitutional Government, Pereira was one of four Ministers of State, and also Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. In the VII Constitutional Government, he was Deputy Minister of the Prime Minister for the Delimitation of Borders. António Da Conceição
António da Conceição (born 8 October 1964), also known by his ''nom de guerre'' (), is an East Timorese politician, and a member of the Democratic Party (PD). He has held several Ministries in the government, and as of 2021 was a Member of the National Parliament. Early life and career Conceição was born in , Liquiçá, Portuguese Timor (now East Timor). He went to elementary school at the Children's College of Sagres ( pt, Colégio Infantil de Sagres) in Maliana until 1975. Jorge da Conceição Teme (born 24 May 1964) is an East Timorese politician and diplomat. Initially, he was a member of the Fretilin political party, but he left that party in 2011 to join the Frenti-Mudança party. He has been Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, East Timorese Ambassador to Australia, Secretary of State for the Region of Oecusse and Minister of State Administration. Early life and education Teme is from the East Timorese exclave of Oecusse, on the north coast of west Timor. Sérgio Gama da Costa Lobo (born 19 July 1958) is a politician from East Timor who served as the Minister of Health from 2012 to 2015. He has served as the Catholic Scouts of Dili's leader since 1978 and an international commissioner since 1980. He served on the Diocese of Dili's Pastoral Commission from 1978 to 1980. He has provided guidance to the East Timor Medical Association since 2005. Emília Pires was East Timor's Minister of Finance from April 2007 until 16 February 2015. Ms. Pires was sworn in as the Minister of Finance of the V Constitutional Government of East Timor on August 8, 2012 under the leadership of Prime Minister Xanana Gusmão.
