The Ulu Yam railway station was a Malaysian train station which is now abandoned. It is located and named after the town of Ulu Yam, Selangor. Ulu Yam
Ulu Yam is one of the oldest towns in Hulu Selangor District, Selangor, Malaysia. Ulu Yam is separated into two different parts, Ulu Yam Lama and Ulu Yam Bharu. As their name suggests, Ulu Yam Lama is the original town and Ulu Yam Bharu came into development afterward. It is famous for its ''lor mee'' (or noodles in thick soya gravy), and is especially popular among residents of nearby Kuala Lumpur Loh Mee was Founded by Hock Choon Kee, which was the 1st generation resident during the Emergency period in Malaya back then, he was exiled to Ulu Yam by the British administration due to his involvement in Communist activities and running a prostitution ring that stretched from Kuala Kubu Baru to Kuala Selangor. KTM Intercity
KTM Intercity ( ms, KTM Antarabandar) are diesel-hauled intercity train services in Peninsular Malaysia, operated by Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB). Services operate along the East Coast Line between Tumpat and Gemas and on towards JB Sentral on the West Coast Line. The former Intercity services along the West Coast Line between Padang Besar in the north (and subsequent services to Thailand) and Gemas have been converted to the KTM ETS service. Batang Kali Komuter Station
The Batang Kali Komuter station is a Malaysian commuter train station stationed at the northwest of and named after the town of Batang Kali, Hulu Selangor, Selangor. The station was opened on April 21, 2007, alongside the Rasa and Serendah stations. It was the second stop in the Rawang-Tanjung Malim shuttle service (formerly known as the Rawang-Kuala Kubu Bharu shuttle service) until the service merged with the Port Klang Line in 2016. The station, as are all the other stations along the shuttle route (except the Tanjung Malim Komuter station), is situated along two railways, each assigned with one platform like most station halts along KTM Komuter lines, but contains facilities normally reserved for medium-to-large stations along three or more lines.
