Uuyoka Combined School
Uuyoka Combined School is a government school in Uuyoka village in northern Namibia. It was established during the colonial era in 1961. The first lessons took place under the Camelthorn tree (local 'Okathiya') and lessons were given by local peoples. Onayena is the district capital of Onayena Constituency in the north of Oshikoto Region in northern Namibia, situated approximately north of Etosha National Park. Acacia Erioloba
''Vachellia erioloba'', the camel thorn, giraffe thorn, or Kameeldoring in Afrikaans, still more commonly known as ''Acacia erioloba'', is a tree of southern Africa in the family Fabaceae. Its preferred habitat is the deep dry sandy soils in parts of South Africa, Botswana, the western areas of Zimbabwe and Namibia.
