The Uruguayan Segunda División was a football league in Uruguay, organised by the AUF. First held in 1903, this competition was one of the divisions that formed the Uruguayan football league system The Uruguayan football (soccer), football league system is a series of interconnected football leagues for clubs in Uruguay, and is organized by the Uruguayan Football Association at the national level. Bristol Football Club
Bristol Football Club was a Uruguayan football club, located in Montevideo, that played in the Primera División during the first decades of the 20th. century. The club, founded in 1904, developed a rivalry with Club Nacional de Football, but lost relevance until it was dissolved in 1915. Uruguayan Divisional Intermedia
Divisional Intermedia was an Uruguayan football league, established in 1915 as the second division of the country's league system to replace Segunda División (folded the previous year). Running from 1915 to 1971, Intermedia was the second division from 1915 to 1941, and then became the third level when professional Uruguayan Segunda División was established in 1942. The most winning teams of the division were Colón, Mar de Fondo, Progreso, and Uruguay Montevideo with 4 titles each. Uruguayan Segunda División
Segunda División Profesional is the second division of professional football in Uruguay, established in 1942. The league is sometimes referred to as ''Primera B''. Segunda División was first held in 1942 to replace amateur Divisional Intermedia, establishing a professional league for lower divisions in Uruguay. The most successful clubs are Fénix and Sud América with seven titles and the current champion is Albion.
