Uruguayan Divisional Intermedia
Divisional Intermedia was an Uruguay, Uruguayan association football, football league, established in 1915 as the second division of Uruguayan football league system, the country's league system to replace Uruguayan Segunda División (1903-1914), Segunda División (folded the previous year). Running from 1915 to 1971, Intermedia was the second division from 1915 to 1941, and then became the third level when professional Uruguayan Segunda División was established in 1942. The most winning teams of the division were Colón F.C., Colón, Club Atlético Mar de Fondo, Mar de Fondo, C.A. Progreso, Progreso, and Uruguay Montevideo with 4 titles each. Rampla Juniors Fútbol Club, commonly known as Rampla Juniors, is a Uruguayan football club based in Montevideo. The team was actively playing the 2021 season by January 2021. In their home stadium, Rampla won the Uruguayan championship in 1927. In 2019, the Rampla Juniors Fútbol Club had Estadio Olímpico, with 6,000 capacity, as its home stadium. Huracán Buceo is a multisports club, best known for its football (soccer), football side, located in Montevideo in Uruguay. In 2009 the team went into a financial crisis and couldn't play anymore in the professional competitions and played further in the amateur leagues. Founded in 1945, the club's home stadium is Jardines del Hipódromo, which has a capacity of 19,450.
