Ursula Mayer
Ursula Mayer (born 1970) is an Austrian multimedia artist living in London. Her practice spans a variety of media, including: film, video, and sculpture. Biography She was born in Ried im Innkreis. Mayer was educated at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and at the Royal College of Art in London and received a MFA from Goldsmiths College. Career Mayer has had solo exhibitions at the Whitechapel Gallery and the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London, at the Museum of Modern Art in Linz and at the Centraal Museum in Utrecht. She has also been included in exhibitions at the Kunsthalle Basel, at the RCM Art Museum in Nanjing, the Venice Biennale, the Berlin Biennale and Vienna International Apartment. An academy (Attic Greek: Ἀκαδήμεια; Koine Greek Ἀκαδημία) is an institution of secondary or tertiary higher learning (and generally also research or honorary membership). The name traces back to Plato's school of philosophy, founded approximately 385 BC at Akademia, a sanctuary of Athena, the goddess of wisdom and skill, north of Athens, Greece. Valentijn De Hingh
Valentijn de Hingh (born 5 May 1990 in Amsterdam, Netherlands) is a transgender Dutch model. From the age of 8 until the age of 17 de Hingh was filmed for the Dutch television program "Valentijn" and had gender affirmation surgery shortly after the conclusion of that project. She was a contestant on Expeditie Robinson 2013 that year's installment and the eighth edition of the Dutch version of the American reality television program Survivor (television series), Survivor. De Hingh became a runway model in 2008 and has since walked it for Comme des Garçons and Maison Martin Margiela and other fashion houses. She has been the photographed by Patrick Demarchelier. De Hingh is the first transgender person ever to have been represented by IMG Models, which has since added at least one other transgender model to its roster. Vienna International Apartment is an exhibition venue for contemporary visual arts in Helsinki, Finland. It was created in Vienna, Austria in 2001, moved to Turku, Finland in 2003, to Helsinki, Finland in 2005, to Brussels, Belgium in 2007, to Geneva, Switzerland in 2010, to Helsinki, Finland in 2014, and to Berlin, Germany in 2015.
