Released on 17 February 2023 on Polydor Records, the song is about Piri having cowgirl sex with Villiers, and received broadly positive critical reception. Background On 11 January 2023, '' Clash'' reported that Piri and Tommy Villiers had split up, but remained friends, would release previously recorded music, and planned to work together in the future. Piri
The ''piri'' is a Korean double reed instrument, used in both the folk and classical (court) music of Korea. Originating in Central Asia, it was introduced to the Korean peninsula from China, and has been used there as early as the Three Kingdoms period, most notably in the states of Goguryeo and Baekje. The instrument consists of a tube of bamboo, which is perforated with finger holes, and has a large double reed. Its cylindrical bore gives it a sound mellower than that of many other types of oboe. Radio 1 Big Weekend
BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend (R1BW) (previously known as One Big Weekend, for 2012 as Radio 1's Hackney Weekend, and for 2018 as BBC Music's Biggest Weekend) is a British music festival run by the BBC's radio station. It is held once a year, in a different location within the United Kingdom each time. Run on a voluntary basis using funds from the Students' Union, the magazine is available free to students. ''LeftLion'' is a printed and online culture and listings magazine which covers Nottingham. It was originally set up by three childhood friends, Jared Wilson, Alan Gilby and Tim Bates, and launched as a website on 1 September 2003. The first issue of the printed magazine came out a year later in Autumn 2004. The printed magazine was published bi-monthly from 2004-2014. Then, following a successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter they raised the funds to publish the magazine monthly, which it has done ever since. The online magazine is updated daily. The publication takes its name from a stone lion in Nottingham's Old Market Square, which since Nottingham Council House was built in the 1920s has served as a meeting point for people in Nottingham City Centre.
