Uno Källe
Uno Källe (16 June 1931 – 20 July 2009) was an Estonian athletics competitor and coach. He was born in Karinu Rural Municipality, Järva County. In 1957 he graduated from Moscow Oblast Pedagogical Institute. In youth he was an active skier. Later he focused on athletics, coached by Harald Rist in Tallinn, and Serafim Paškov in Moscow. He won medals at Estonian championships in different running disciplines. 1952 and 1957 he was a member of Estonian national athletics team. Since 1953 he worked also as a coach. Besides other posts, he was also a senior coach of Soviet Union women's juniors and women's seniors. Elena Sipatova
Yelena Sipatova (russian: Елена Сипатова; born 7 June 1955) is a retired long-distance runner from the Soviet Union, and a former winner of the Rome City Marathon (1995) and the Istanbul Marathon (1993). Career She was the first IAAF-recognised women's world record holder in the 10,000 metres with her time of 32:17.20 minutes. She also set an unrecognised world best in the 5000 metres, with 15:24.6 minutes in 1981. Her first successes came under her maiden name, Yelena Chernysheva (also transliterated Elena Chernyshova), and she was the individual bronze medallist and team gold medallist at the 1980 IAAF World Cross Country Championships. She repeated that same feat at the 1981 event and won a third and final team title at the 1982 edition (leading the Soviet women in seventh). On the track she competed in the 3000 metres. Irina Bondarchuk
Irina Bondarchuk (russian: Ирина Бондарчук; born 17 September 1952) is a Russian former Soviet long-distance runner. Bondarchuk's greatest successes were in cross country running. She was the individual silver medallist at the 1980 IAAF World Cross Country Championships and took three team titles between 1977 and 1981. She also placed fourth individually in 1979 and took a team silver medal in 1985. This was a period of much success for the Soviet women, with Lyudmila Bragina, Yelena Sipatova, Giana Romanova and Svetlana Ulmasova being other leading Soviet athletes of the time. In track running, Bondarchuk was a four-time national champion with one indoor and one outdoor title in the 3000 metres and two title in the 5000 metres.
