The University of Public Health, Yangon ( my, ပြည်သူ့ ကျန်းမာရေး တက္ကသိုလ် (ရန်ကုန်) ) is the premier university of public health in Myanmar. Founded in 2007, the university offers only graduate and post-graduate degree programs: Master of Public Health (MPH), PhD in Public Health, Diploma in Medical Science and Diploma in Medical Education. The university is a member of the South-East Asia Public Health Education Institution Network (SEAPHEIN). Location It is located at the heart of Yangon. Nay Soe Maung ( my, နေစိုးမောင်; born 17 November 1956) is a Burmese physician and professor who served as Rector of the University of Public Health, Yangon from 2013 to 2017, and as President of the People's Health Foundation.
