Unitary Platform
The Unitary Platform ( es, Plataforma Unitaria; PU) is a Venezuelan opposition political alliance made up of civil society, trade unions, retired military personnel, political parties, and deputies of the 2016–2021 National Assembly. History On April 21, 2021, Juan Guaidó presented a document on a new opposition alliance called the Unitary Platform, which integrates civil society, trade unions, retired military personnel, political parties and deputies of the National Assembly elected for the period 2016-2021 with more inclusive and comprehensive features. At the end of June 2021, the National Electoral Council (CNE) rehabilitated the Democratic Unity Roundtable (MUD) as a national political party in order to participate in 2021 regional elections. Juan Guaidó
Juan Gerardo Guaidó Márquez (born 28 July 1983) is a Venezuelan politician, a former member of the Social democracy, social-democratic Popular Will party, and federal deputy to the National Assembly (Venezuela), National Assembly representing the state of Vargas (state), Vargas. On 23 January 2019, Guaidó and the National Assembly declared he was acting president of Venezuela (), starting the Venezuelan presidential crisis by challenging Nicolás Maduro's presidency. Guaidó's political career began when he emerged as a student leader in the 2007 Venezuelan protests. Reformism
Reformism is a political doctrine advocating the reform of an existing system or institution instead of its abolition and replacement. A New Era ( es, Un Nuevo Tiempo, UNT) is a centre-left political party in Venezuela. It received 11% of the vote in the 2008 regional elections. The party arose in Zulia State, Venezuela's most populous, and remains far stronger in its home region than elsewhere in the country, providing the state governor since 2000 (currently Pablo Pérez Álvarez, previously Manuel Rosales) and the mayor of its largest city, Maracaibo (since 2010, currently, Eveling Trejo de Rosales). 12 candidates of ''Un Nuevo Tiempo'' or supported by ''Un Nuevo Tiempo'' were elected deputies to the National Assembly out of 15 in the September 2010 legislative elections. Centrism is a political outlook or position involving acceptance or support of a balance of social equality and a degree of social hierarchy while opposing political changes that would result in a significant shift of society strongly to the left or the right. Subsidiarity is a principle of social organization that holds that social and political issues should be dealt with at the most immediate or local level that is consistent with their resolution. The ''Oxford English Dictionary'' defines subsidiarity as "the principle that a central authority should have a subsidiary function, performing only those tasks which cannot be performed at a more local level".
