U.S. Summit Company
The U.S. Summit Company, LP is an American multinational corporation that operates in the advisory space of industrial chemicals and consumer goods companies through throughout Asia. The firm was founded in 1948 by four university classmates and is currently headquartered in Pound Ridge, New York. The current President is Kenneth Wang, the son of the company's co-founder Cheng Ching Wang and brother of fashion designer Vera Wang. He is also the developer and owner of the Pound Ridge Golf Club and serves as a life member of Massachusetts Institute of Technology's governing board of trustees, the MIT Corporation. Pound Ridge is a town in Westchester County, New York, United States. The population was 5,104 at the 2010 census. Vera Ellen Wang (; born June 27, 1949) is an American fashion designer. Early life Vera Ellen Wang was born June 27, 1949 in New York City to Chinese parents who emigrated to the United States in the mid-1940s. Her mother, Florence Wu (Wu Chifang), worked as a translator for the United Nations, while her father, Cheng Ching Wang (Wang Chengqing), a graduate of Yanjing University and MIT, owned a medicine company.
