U-Niq
Anthony Pengel (born July 10, 1976), known professionally as U-Niq, is a Dutch rapper from Rotterdam. He was part of the rap group The Most Official. Originally interested in football (he was a youth player for Feyenoord), U-Niq began rapping at age 13, influenced by Rakim and Big Daddy Kane. His 1999 debut album ''Married to Music'' was released by Sony , commonly stylized as SONY, is a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. TopNotch
TopNotch is a Dutch record label specializing in hip-hop. The label was founded in 1995, and is run by Vincent Patty. After some commercial success (with rap acts such as De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, The Opposites, Def Rhymz, Postmen, and Extince) it became allied with Virgin EMI Records, and since 2004 has a marketing and distribution deal with PIAS Entertainment Group. It has expanded into Dutch-language music by singer-songwriters such as Lucky Fonz III, and in 2009 signed a distribution and marketing agreement with Universal Music Group. Still praised in 2009 as "the brand for high-quality Dutch hip-hop", it sought to expand into other musical genres. Latest artist to leave Top Notch was Ronnie Flex on April 22 2021. Remon Stotijn (born 27 December 1975), known professionally as Postman or The Anonymous Mis, is a Dutch rapper and record producer, who is a member of the band Postmen. Biography Remon Stotijn was born on December 27, 1975, in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. His father was Surinamese, his mother was Dutch and came from Rotterdam, the city he grew up in. At the age of 16 he was part of the Rotterdam hiphop band Secret Recipe. In 1993 Stotijn and G-Boah (aka Gus Bear) formed the band Postmen. Stotijn is the author of all Postmen songs. Winne (rapper)
Winston Bergwijn (born April 20, 1978), known professionally as Winne, is a Dutch rapper. Career Winne was born in Paramaribo, Suriname, and moved to Rotterdam at a young age. He started rapping in English, initially under the name Static, until his friends encouraged him to rap in Dutch. With his group D.C.O., he performed at various locations in Rotterdam. In 2005, Winne suddenly became known to a wider audience when his track "Top 3 MC", produced by Kapitein Mo, was released on the internet. A few months later, the track "Pomp Die Shit!" was released on the compilation album ''What's da Flavor?!'', which left its mark on the Dutch hip hop scene. Faisal Mssyeh (25 January 1986 – 1 January 2019), known professionally as Feis, was a Dutch rapper. He was a member of the Rotterdam rappers' crew Ecktuh Ecktuh. Abid Tounssi, known by his stage name Salah Edin (born 23 June 1980), is a Dutch Moroccan ex-rapper and actor. Peter Kops (born 1967), known professionally as Extince (also known as "Exter-O-naldus" or "De Exter"), is one of the first Dutch language rappers, or Dutch Hip-Hoppers to achieve a top-40 hit in the mainstream Dutch music charts. His hit song "Spraakwater" rose into the top-ten, and was a historic breakthrough for Dutch-language rap & hip-hop – even more than for the artist himself.
