Tshawe Baqwa
Madcon is a Norway, Norwegian musical duo formed in 1992 by Yosef Wolde-Mariam and Tshawe Baqwa. They have released eight albums as of 2022. They are best known for the 2007 cover of "Beggin'#Madcon version, Beggin'" by The Four Seasons (band), The Four Seasons and the 2015 single "Don't Worry (Madcon song), Don't Worry" featuring Ray Dalton. Members Yosef Wolde-Mariam Yosef Wolde-Mariam (born 4 August 1978) is a Ethiopian-Norwegian TV presenter and rapper. His parents originated from Ethiopia and Eritrea. Wolde-Mariam grew up in Grefsen Norway, and moved with mother between Røyken, Grønland, Oslo, Grønland, Grünerløkka and Bekkelaget. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. The Four Seasons (band)
The Four Seasons are an American rock music, rock and pop music, pop band formed in 1960 in Newark, New Jersey. Since 1970, they have also been known at times as Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. The band evolved out of a previous band called The Four Lovers, with Frankie Valli as the lead singer, Bob Gaudio on keyboards and tenor vocals, Tommy DeVito (musician), Tommy DeVito on lead guitar and baritone vocals, and Nick Massi on bass guitar and bass vocals. On nearly all of their 1960s hits, they were credited as The 4 Seasons. The legal name of the organization is the Four Seasons Partnership, formed by Gaudio and Valli, and was taken after a failed audition in 1960. ''The Voice'' is an international reality television singing competition franchise. It is based on the reality singing competition ''The Voice of Holland'', which was originally created by Dutch producer John de Mol and Dutch singer Roel van Velzen. It has become a rival to the '' Idols'' franchise, '' The Four'', '' Rising Star'' and ''The X Factor''. Up until 2020, the franchise was owned by Talpa Network. The current owner is ITV Studios. Bekkelaget is a neighborhood in the borough Nordstrand in Oslo, Norway. Originally, Bekkelaget was the maritime area south of Oslo city, in Aker municipality adjacent to the Bunnefjorden. With the opening of the Østfold Line, Bekkelaget station was opened, and the elevated area between Ekeberg and Nordstrand was built up and more densely populated. Grünerløkka is a borough of the city of Oslo, Norway. Grünerløkka became part of the city of Oslo (then Christiania) in 1858. Grünerløkka was traditionally a working class district; however, since the late 20th century the area has increasingly undergone gentrification. Although it is located in the East End, it is more expensive than other parts of the East End. Etymology The first element was derived from the surname ''Grüner''. The last element is the definite form of ''løkke'', meaning "paddock". Grønland (meaning “Greenland” in Norwegian) is a neighbourhood in central Oslo, Norway. It is served by several tram and bus lines, as well as the Oslo Metro at the Grønland Station. Røyken is a district and village (''bygd'') and a former municipality in Buskerud in Viken County, Norway. In 2020 Røyken was merged with the municipalities of Hurum and Asker to form the new Asker Municipality (informally called "Greater Asker") located in the newly formed Viken county. Together with Kjelsås, Grefsen then formed the borough Grefsen-Kjelsås until 1 January 2004, when they became part of the new borough of Nordre Aker. The Gjøvik Railway Line goes through the area, but Grefsen Station is actually located closer to the neighbourhood of Disen. The Kjelsås Tram Line also runs through the area.
