Troy McLawhorn
William Troy McLawhorn (born November 4, 1968) is an American musician who has been a guitarist in the rock band Evanescence since 2007. He has also worked with the bands Seether, Dark New Day, doubleDrive, Still Rain, and Gibraltar. Early career McLawhorn was formerly of the bands Seether, doubleDrive and Still Rain. After the demise of his first band, Still Rain, McLawhorn helped form doubleDrive in 1996 and landed a recording contract with MCA records in 1998. They scored a top 20 hit with the song "Tattooed Bruise" from their debut album '' 1000 Yard Stare''. The band left MCA and signed a new deal with Roadrunner Records in 2001 and released their second album, ''Blue in the Face'', with the song "Imprint" reaching into the top 20 also. Evanescence
Evanescence is an American rock band founded in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1995 by singer and musician Amy Lee and guitarist Ben Moody. After recording independent EPs as a duo in the late 90's, and a demo CD, Evanescence released their debut studio album, ''Fallen'', on Wind-up Records in 2003. Propelled by the success of hit singles "Bring Me to Life" and "My Immortal", ''Fallen'' sold more than four million copies in the US by January 2004, garnering the band two Grammy Awards out of six nominations. ''New Tradition'' is the second album by American hard rock supergroup Dark New Day, released on February 28, 2012. It is their third release in six years after ''Black Porch (Acoustic Sessions)'' and their second album since ''Twelve Year Silence''. Originally due to be released in 2006 under the title of "Hail Mary", the band faced troubles due to their contract with Warner, forcing them to shelve the album altogether. ''Home'' is the second studio album by American rock band Sevendust, released on August 24, 1999 through TVT Records. The album appeared on the ''Billboard'' 200, remained there for fourteen weeks and peaked at 19 on September 11, 1999. ''Home'' was certified gold on May 18, 2000 through the Recording Industry Association of America. The album features thirteen tracks on the United States release and sixteen tracks on the Japan release, with two tracks featuring artists outside of Sevendust. Three singles were released from the album, two of which appeared on the mainstream and modern ''Billboard'' charts. Coal Chamber
Coal Chamber is an American nu metal band formed by Dez Fafara and Meegs Rascón in Los Angeles, California in 1993. Prior to Coal Chamber, the two had also created the band She's in Pain, in 1992. The original lineup also consisted of bassist Rayna Foss and drummer Jon Tor. Mike Cox replaced Tor on drums shortly afterwards, and thus the Coal Chamber lineup was complete. Sevendust is an American rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 1994 by bassist Vince Hornsby, drummer Morgan Rose and rhythm guitarist John Connolly. After their first demo, lead vocalist Lajon Witherspoon and lead guitarist Clint Lowery joined the group.
