Trent Rockets are a franchise 100-ball cricket side based in the city of Nottingham. The team represents the Historic counties of England, historic counties of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire in the newly founded The Hundred (cricket), The Hundred competition, which took place for the first time in the 2021 Cricket in the United Kingdom, English and Welsh cricket season. Both the men's and women's sides play at Trent Bridge. Lewis Gregory
Lewis Gregory (born 24 May 1992) is an English cricketer who plays for Somerset County Cricket Club. A right-handed batsman and right-arm Seam bowling, seam bowler, Gregory made his senior cricket debut in 2010, representing Somerset against the touring Pakistan national cricket team, Pakistanis. Katherine Helen Brunt (born 2 July 1985) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Yorkshire, Northern Diamonds, Trent Rockets and England. She plays as a right-arm fast bowler and right-handed lower-order batter. She has won two World Cups and one T20 World Cup with England, and has been named England women's Cricketer of the Year four times. Twenty20
Twenty20 (T20) is a shortened game format of cricket. At the professional level, it was introduced by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in 2003 for the inter-county competition. In a Twenty20 game, the two teams have a single innings each, which is restricted to a maximum of 20 overs. Together with first-class and List A cricket, Twenty20 is one of the three current forms of cricket recognised by the International Cricket Council (ICC) as being at the highest international or domestic level. A typical Twenty20 game is completed in about two and a half hours, with each innings lasting around 70 minutes and an official 10-minute break between the innings.
