Treasure (band)
Treasure (; Japanese: トレジャー; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean boy band formed in 2019 by YG Entertainment through the reality-survival program ''YG Treasure Box'' (2018–2019). The band consists of 10 members: Choi Hyun-suk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Yoon Jae-hyuk, Asahi, Doyoung, Haruto, Park Jeong-woo and So Jung-hwan. Former members Mashiho and Bang Ye-dam went on hiatus in May 2022 and departed from the band in November 2022. Treasure debuted in 2020 with the single album '' The First Step: Chapter One'' – the first in a tetralogy of albums that collectively sold over one million copies in five months. SBS FunE (stylised SBS funE, formerly UTV, E! and SBS E!) is a South Korean cable and satellite television channel owned by SBS. Launched as UTV on August 16, 2005, it became E! on January 1, 2009 after an agreement between SBS and Comcast on September 5, 2008. Using the E! brand under license from Comcast, its programming consisted of mostly those from E! U.S., but also carried programs from the South Korean counterpart, as well as the libraries of SBS. ''Mix Nine'' (Hangul: 믹스나인, stylized as MIXNINE) was a South Korean survival reality show broadcast on JTBC. In the show, YG Entertainment founder and producer Yang Hyun-suk traveled to music agencies across Korea to find up-and-coming K-pop stars. Throughout the episodes, contestants were progressively eliminated, culminating in a competition between a team of the final nine boys and one of the final nine girls.
