Trackademicks is an American Hip-Hop artist. He was born and raised in Alameda, California and is also part of the San Francisco-Bay Area music collective, the Honor Roll Crew. Biography Trackademicks was born in Alameda, California, to a Filipino American father and African American mother. He began playing the saxophone in fourth grade and continued throughout high school. During high school, he joined Youth Radio where he met the founding members of the Honor Roll. Trackademicks began making music while attending the University of San Francisco. After graduating, he began to work with Mistah F.A.B., whom he produced six songs for on the rapper's sophomore release, ''Son Of A Pimp'', released in May 2005. In 2006 he produced an unofficial remix of "Tell Me When To Go" by Bay Area rapper E-40, garnering widespread popularity. "Tell Me When to Go" is the first single from E-40's BME/Warner Bros. debut, ''My Ghetto Report Card''. Keak da Sneak is also featured on the track. It was produced by Lil Jon, and one of the first singles to kick off the hyphy movement on a national level and popularized the phrase " ghost ride the whip". The song reached number 35 in the U.S. and eventually was certified Gold by the RIAA. The song first premiered online on the MySpace.com homepage and it was the first hip hop single to premiere online before being released. The song samples "Dumb Girl" by Run-DMC. Teedra Shenita Moses (born December 17, 1976) is an American R&B and soul singer. Early life Moses was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She later moved to Los Angeles with her mother and three siblings after her parents separated. Her childhood has been a direct influence on her musical style, her mother was a gospel singer and she was raised on gospel, jazz, zydeco and blues. Moses recalls wanting to listen to the music that was then being played on the radio, but her mother made her listen to gospel. The final song on her debut album, "I Think of You (Shirley's Song)", is dedicated to her late mother. Elizabeth T. Wyce "Yummy" Bingham (born January 7, 1986) is an American singer and songwriter. Biography Bingham was born on January 7, 1986, to R&B producer Dinky Bingham and Patricia Wyce. She was put into her grandparents care in South Jamaica, Queens, New York. She is the god-daughter of Chaka Khan and Aaron Hall. Platinum Pied Pipers is a Detroit-based hip hop and R&B group composed of producer Waajeed (Robert O'Bryant), and multi-instrumentalist Saadiq (Darnell Bolden, not to be confused with Raphael Saadiq). Their music usually features a rotating and varied array of artists. Background The two met through rapper Baatin in 1992. Sometime in 2000, they decided to form a duo and began releasing 12"s and mixtapes. Zero 7 are an English musical duo consisting of Henry Binns and Sam Hardaker. They began as studio engineers and in 1997 formed the group Zero 7.
