Tjaart Marais was a South African rugby fly-half and still played in the era when rugby was an amateur sport. Education Marais was born on 21 July 1961. He matriculated on Potchefstroom Gimnasium and went on to complete his undergraduate studies at the Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education. He only has sight in one eye. Fly-half (rugby Union)
In the game of rugby union, there are 15 players on each team, comprising eight forwards (wearing jerseys numbered 1–8) and seven backs (numbered 9–15). In addition, there may be up to eight replacement players "on the bench", numbered 16–23. The Blue Bulls (known for sponsorship reasons as the Vodacom Blue Bulls) is a South African rugby union team that participates in the annual Currie Cup tournament. They are governed by the Blue Bulls Rugby Union and are based at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria, Gauteng province. Potchefstroom Gimnasium is a public Afrikaans medium co-educational high School in Potchefstroom, North West, South Africa. Beginnings It was founded in 1907, by the Theological Centre of the Reformed Church of South Africa. Dutch was the language of teaching.
