Time Of Judgment
''Time of Judgment'' is a series of roleplaying game scenario books for the World of Darkness settings of White Wolf Game Studio. These scenarios are presented as the semi-canonical endings of the original World of Darkness, as preparation for the new version of the setting. As the Time of Judgment approaches, vampires cease to exist, werewolves fight their last battle against the Wyrm, and mages face their last test. The series ran for four hardback books; one for '' Vampire: The Masquerade'', '' Werewolf: The Apocalypse'', and ''Mage: The Ascension'' respectively, with the fourth book delegated to each of the remaining settings. Each setting received between three and six potential scenarios. Tabletop Role-playing Game
A tabletop role-playing game (typically abbreviated as TRPG or TTRPG), also known as a pen-and-paper role-playing game, is a form of role-playing game (RPG) in which the participants describe their characters' actions through speech. Participants determine the actions of their characters based on their characterization, and the actions succeed or fail according to a set formal system of rules and guidelines. Mind's Eye Theatre
''Mind's Eye Theatre'' is a live action role-playing game (LARP) based on the White Wolf World of Darkness universe, sharing a theme and setting with the table-top role-playing game '' Vampire: The Masquerade'' and with two revisions, '' Vampire: The Requiem'' and ''Mind's Eye Theater: Vampire The Masquerade''. ''Orpheus'' is a tabletop role playing game by White Wolf Publishing, set in a microcosm of the World of Darkness. Unlike the other World of Darkness game lines, ''Orpheus'' has a specifically planned metaplot and a set number of books that were published. ''Kindred of the East'' is a tabletop role-playing game book and game line released by White Wolf Publishing in February 1998 for use with their horror game '' Vampire: The Masquerade''. It is part of the ''World of Darkness'' series, and is the first and main entry in the ''Year of the Lotus'' line of Asia-themed books released throughout 1998. The book covers Asia as it is portrayed in the series' setting, with a focus on China, and introduces Asian vampires called kuei-jin as player characters. The Dreaming
The Dreaming, also referred to as Dreamtime, is a term devised by early anthropologists to refer to a religio-cultural worldview attributed to Australian Aboriginal beliefs. It was originally used by Francis Gillen, quickly adopted by his colleague Baldwin Spencer and thereafter popularised by A. P. Elkin, who, however, later revised his views. The Dreaming is used to represent Aboriginal concepts of ''Everywhen'', during which the land was inhabited by ancestral figures, often of heroic proportions or with supernatural abilities. These figures were often distinct from gods, as they did not control the material world and were not worshipped but only revered. Apocalypse () is a literary genre in which a supernatural being reveals cosmic mysteries or the future to a human intermediary.
