Tim Ward (born August 11, 1997) is an American football outside linebacker for the DC Defenders of the United Football League (UFL). He played college football for Old Dominion. College career Ward was a member of the Old Dominion Monarchs for four seasons. He finished his collegiate career with 125 tackles, 30.5 tackles for loss, 14 sacks and eight passes broken up in 47 games played. Professional career Kansas City Chiefs Ward was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent on May 3, 2019. He spent his rookie season on the non-football injury list. Ward was cut at the end of training camp in 2020, but was re-signed to the Chiefs' practice squad shortly afterwards. He was signed to Kansas City's active roster on November 12, 2020. Ward made his NFL debut in Week 17 of the 2020 season against the Los Angeles Chargers, starting the game and finishing with five tackles, including his first career sack, in a 21–38 loss. Victor Timothy Ward (17 September 1917 – 28 January 1993) was an English footballer and subsequently football manager, most notable for his time with Derby County. Biography Ward was the adopted son of Bill and Eunice Andrews and raised in Charlton Kings near Cheltenham. Tim played football on the local pitches with his childhood friend Cedric, during these games Cedric would be Arsenal and Tim would be Derby County. He attended Charlton Kings Boys School. Playing career Ward played football for Cheltenham Schools and Charlton Kings before signing for Cheltenham Town who were then embarking on their first seasons in the Southern Football league. Timothy Christopher Ward is an American musician best known as the bassist and co-lead vocalist for the Mukilteo, Washington based prog-rock band The Fall of Troy and as a singer and guitarist for the band Trash Kids. Early life and career Ward attended Kamiak High School and graduated in 2003. He met his bandmates Andrew Forsman and Thomas Erak while there, and they began a band called The 30 Years War with another member, Mike Munro. The 30 Years War independently released two EPs. In late high school Munro left the band, and the trio decided to continue their music, calling their new group The Fall of Troy. Timothy Robert Ward (born February 28, 1987, in Waukesha, Wisconsin) is an American former professional soccer player. Career Youth and college Ward, who can play any position on defense and also in defensive midfield, trained with the United States Under-17 team at the Bradenton Academy from 2002 to 2004. Following his graduation, he played a year of college soccer at Saint Louis University, starting 18 games for the Billikens, and being named second-team All- Conference USA.
