Tiffany Cromwell
Tiffany Jane Cromwell (born 6 July 1988) is an Australian road and gravel cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam . Career Road Junior career Starting in 2002, after being identified by the South Australian sports institute talent identification program, Cromwell began her cycling career. Cycling was not the first sport Cromwell picked up, having done ballet, running, triathlons and basketball beforehand, the last of which she had family ties to. Despite an interest in pursuing basketball as a career before cycling, Cromwell admits her height 'always let erdown'. Initially, Cromwell disliked cycling, citing that she was 'Tiny and one of the worst in ergroup' on the track, but soon discovered her love for the sport when she placed third in her first road race in the state championships. 2016 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad
The 71st edition of the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad was held on 27 February 2016. It was won by Belgian Greg Van Avermaet in a five-man sprint before Peter Sagan and Tiesj Benoot. The race started and finished in Ghent, Belgium, covering 200.8 km. The ''Omloop'' marked the start of the cobbled classics season in Europe and was rated as a 1.HC event of the 2016 UCI Europe Tour. Preview Route The Omloop Het Nieuwsblad started in Ghent, East Flanders, and addressed the Flemish Ardennes in the south of the province, featuring numerous short climbs, before returning to Ghent. This edition, organizers needed to find an alternative for the traditional start and finish location on Sint-Pietersplein. 2015 Giro D'Italia Femminile
The 2015 Giro d'Italia Femminile, or 2015 Giro Rosa, was the 26th running of the Giro d'Italia Femminile, the only remaining women's Grand Tour and the most prestigious stage race on the 2015 women's road cycling calendar. The 2015 running of the race contained the customary high mountain stages as well as a time trial during the final week. On July 11, the riders tackled the 21.7 km individual time trial starting in the region of Vergante, Piedmont. The route was described as containing technical and rolling terrain, concluding in a 4 km climb to Comnago. Marrakesh or Marrakech ( or ; ar, مراكش, murrākuš, ; ber, ⵎⵕⵕⴰⴽⵛ, translit=mṛṛakc}) is the fourth largest city in the Kingdom of Morocco. Colorado Classic (cycling)
The Colorado Classic is a four-stage cycling race that was first held in 2017. First organized with both men's and women's races, the men's race was discontinued after the 2018 edition; the Classic continues as a women-only event. The men's version of the race was designated as 2.HC The UCI 1.HC and UCI 2.HC are the second tier classification of road cycling races by the UCI, after the UCI World Tour (or its predecessor, the UCI ProTour).
