Thomas Torres
Thomas Christopher B. Torres (born October 27, 1994) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the Quezon Huskers of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). He has won two championships in the UAAP for the De La Salle Green Archers. High school career When he was younger, Torres participated in the SBP's Passerelle tournaments. In 2011, he scored 35 points against the Letran Squires to lead the La Salle Green Hills Greenies back to the NCAA Finals for the first time since 1978–79. There, they lost to the San Beda Red Cubs. In 2012, he was selected to play in the first-ever NBTC All-Star Game. The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. The Letran Knights are the collegiate varsity teams representing Colegio de San Juan de Letran in the National Collegiate Athletic Association. FEU Tamaraws Basketball
The FEU Tamaraws men's basketball is a collegiate basketball varsity team of the Far Eastern University. FEU currently holds the record of winning the most number of championships (20 titles) in the men's basketball division of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines. FEU also appeared in the Philippine Collegiate Championship finals four times, and was able to win back to back championships in 2004 and 2005. The team originally played in the NCAA from 1929 to 1936 and was one of its founding members. The Adamson Soaring Falcons are the collegiate men's varsity teams of Adamson University that play in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines which is the mother sports league of the ''Falcons''. The collegiate women's varsity teams are called the ''Lady Falcons'' while the high school varsity teams are called the ''Baby Falcons'' and ''Lady Baby Falcons''. UAAP Season 76 Basketball Tournaments
The basketball tournaments of UAAP Season 76 were held in school year 2013-14. Adamson University was both season host and basketball tournaments host. As season host, Adamson was the producer of the opening ceremony on June 29, 2013. As to being tournament host, Adamson was responsible for the scheduling of games, booking of game venues and distribution of game tickets to member schools. The other responsibility of Adamson as tournament host was the nomination of a basketball tournament commissioner to the UAAP Board for approval. Ateneo Blue Eagles basketball is about the basketball teams of the Ateneo de Manila University. UST Growling Tigers Basketball
The UST Growling Tigers basketball is the intercollegiate men's basketball program of the University of Santo Tomas. The school has won 19 basketball titles including one in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Luis Alfonso Revilla (born November 30, 1989) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the NorthPort Batang Pier of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). College career Revilla, a San Beda Red Cub stalwart, was recruited by DLSU and suited up for the Green Archers in 2008. In his rookie season, he averaged 3.5 points, 1.7 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 0.7 steals on 14.3 minutes per game, and was just a backup guard then to JVee Casio and Simon Atkins. Jeron Teng
Jeron Alvin Uy Teng (born March 21, 1994) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the Converge FiberXers of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). As a PBA player, he usually starts at the swingman position but occasionally plays as a power forward during the Philippine Cup. A renowned prodigy, he holds multiple high school records for the Xavier Golden Stallions.
