Disturbed is an American heavy metal band from Chicago, formed in 1994. The band includes vocalist David Draiman, guitarist/keyboardist Dan Donegan, bassist John Moyer, and drummer Mike Wengren. Donegan and Wengren have been involved in the band since its inception, with Moyer replacing former bassist Steve "Fuzz" Kmak and Draiman replacing original lead vocalist Erich Awalt. The band has released eight studio albums, five of which have consecutively debuted at number one on the ''Billboard'' 200. Craig Bernard is a Canadian film director and executive producer. He is best known for his music videos for musical groups such as Disturbed, Stone Sour, Avicii, Bruno Mars, and Grouplove, along with his work in the VR space. The album was released on August 21, 2015 by Reprise Records, and is Disturbed's first studio album since ''Asylum'' (2010), marking the longest gap between two studio albums in their career.
