The Don (2006 Film)
''The Don'' is a 2006 Indian Malayalam-language action thriller film directed by Shaji Kailas from a story written by J. Pallassery. It stars an ensemble cast of Dileep, Lal, Sai Kumar, Gopika, Shammi Thilakan, Bheeman Raghu, Baburaj and Chitra Shenoy. ''The Don'' was released on 5 September 2006 where it received negative reviews from critics and became a box-office bomb. Premise Unnikrishnan aka Salaam becomes the most trusted man to Kasim. Shaji Kailas
Shaji Kailas (born 8 February 1965) is an Indian film director and screenwriter known for his works in Malayalam cinema. Shaji got a breakthrough with the comedy film ''Dr. Pasupathy'' (1990). Onam ( ) is an annual Indian harvest festival celebrated predominantly by the Hindus of Kerala. A major annual event for Keralites, it is the official festival of the state and includes a spectrum of cultural events. Onam commemorates Vamana and King Mahabali. Sukumari Amma (6 October 1940 – 26 March 2013) was an Indian actress best known for her works in Malayalam and Tamil films. In a career spanning more than five decades, She has appeared in more than 2500 films predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, along with few Hindi and one each in Sinhala, French, Bengali, Tulu, English and Kannada films.
