The Chimes (Scottish Band)
The Chimes were a British dance music trio, which consisted of Pauline Henry (born in Jamaica) with Mike Peden and James Locke from Edinburgh, Scotland. They are best known for their hits " Heaven" and a remake of U2's "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For", which became a UK top 10 hit. Chart success In the US, they reached the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 with the song " 1-2-3", at No. 86 in 1990. It spent two weeks at No. 1 on the U.S. Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart, and its follow-up, "Heaven", was also a No. 1 dance chart hit. Bono
Paul David Hewson (born 10 May 1960), known by his stage name Bono (), is an Irish singer-songwriter, activist, and philanthropist. He is the lead vocalist and primary lyricist of the rock band U2. The Official Charts (legal name: The Official UK Charts Company Limited) is a British inter-professional organization that compiles various "official" record charts in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France. Bestival was a four-day music festival held in the south of England. It had been held annually in the late summer since 2004 at Robin Hill on the Isle of Wight. In 2017 the festival relocated to the Lulworth Estate in Dorset. The event was organised by DJ and record producer Rob da Bank along with his wife Josie and was an offshoot of his Sunday Best record label and club nights. The initial Bestival attracted 10,000 people, growing to 50,000 in its final year, 2018. Wayne Marshall, also known as Marshayne, is a British singer. Love Hangover
"Love Hangover" is a song by the Motown singer Diana Ross, recorded in 1975 and released as a single on March 16, 1976. It rose to number one on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and Hot-Selling Soul Singles. It also hit number one on the Record World disco charts. Producer Hal Davis instructed the song's engineer Russ Terrana to install a strobe light so that Ross could be in the "disco" mindset. As the song changed from ballad to uptempo, Ross became more comfortable with the material; she hummed, sang bit parts, laughed, danced around and even imitated Billie Holiday. "Feel Like Makin' Love" is a song by English supergroup Bad Company. The power ballad originally appeared on the LP '' Straight Shooter'' in April 1975 and was released as a single in August of the same year. It was named the 78th best hard rock song of all time by VH1. The song, along with other Bad Company music, was featured in the 2001 film ''Scotland, PA''.
