Tenth Night ( fa, شب دهم) is an Iranian drama series. The series is written and directed by Hassan Fathi. Storyline The story of the series takes place during the reign of Reza Shah in Tehran. Dramatic Programming

Muharram
Muḥarram ( ar, ٱلْمُحَرَّم) (fully known as Muharram ul Haram) is the first month of the Islamic calendar. It is one of the four sacred months of the year when warfare is forbidden. It is held to be the second holiest month after Ramadan. The tenth day of Muharram is known as Ashura. Ta'zieh
Ta'zieh ( ar, تعزية; fa, تعزیه; ur, ) means comfort, condolence, or expression of grief. It comes from roots ''aza'' (عزو and عزى) which means mourning. Depending on the region, time, occasion, religion, etc. the word can signify different cultural meanings and practices: *In Iranian cultural reference it is categorized as Condolence Theater or Passion Play inspired by a historical and religious event, the tragic death of Hussein, symbolizing epic spirit and resistance. *In South Asia and in the Caribbean it refers specifically to the Miniature Mausoleums (imitations of the mausoleums of Karbala, generally made of colored paper and bamboo) used in ritual processions held in the month of Muharram. Reza Shah

IFilm (TV Channel)
iFilm (Persian: , Arabic: ), also known as iFilm TV, is an Iranian entertainment network which consists of three channels in English, Arabic and Persian. The network was launched on September 9, 2010. The original purpose of the channel is to present Iranian films and series to the global audience. The network was managed by Mohammad Reza Hatami from its inauguration until he was replaced by Mehdi Mojtahed, son of Ayatollah Mojtahed Shabestari in June 2016. IRIB TV1 ( fa, شبکه یک, ''Shabakeh-e Yek'', lit. Channel 1) is one of the 40 national television channels in Iran. IRIB TV1 was the first national television channel in Iran, and is now the oldest Iranian television channel having been established in 1958. The channel is referred to by some as the ''National Channel'', as most of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting's television budget is set aside for this channel. The channel has a wide range of programming such as drama series, television premieres of major Iranian movies, and talk shows. Alireza Ghorbani ( fa, علیرضا قربانی; born 4 February 1972) is an Iranian traditional vocalist. Biography He began his career by reciting the Quran. Soon he began eagerly learning traditional Iranian music. Hassan Fathi
Hassan Fathi ( fa, حسن فتحی, born 2 September 1959) is an Iranian film director and screenwriter. He's one of the most well known and successful Iranian directors. Fathi is best known for his popular historical TV series. Career He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Shahid Beheshti and a master's degree in directing from the Islamic Azad University of Tehran. Fathi is a creative dramatist and psychologist. He started his artistic activities with playing in college theatre.
