Tennis At The 2010 Summer Youth Olympics
Tennis at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics lasted from August 18 until August 25. For the Singles competitions, all matches were determined through a best-of-three tie-break sets. For the Doubles competitions, all matches were determined by two tie-break sets and a match tie-break game (10 points) in place of a third set. There were competitions for boys' singles, boys' doubles, girls' singles and girls' doubles. It took place at the Kallang Tennis Centre. The acceptance lists for the event were released by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) on 29 June. 39 countries are represented in the event that involves both 32 players for the singles and 16 pairs for the doubles. Kallang Tennis Centre
Kallang Tennis Centre is a tennis court in Kallang, Singapore. It is located along Stadium Boulevard, adjacent to the Kallang Field, and is part of the Kallang Sports Centre. It is located just outside the central business district area. History The Kallang Tennis Centre was opened as a community sports facility in March 1978. Since then, it has been a popular venue for tennis programmes and competitions, including hosting the local national schools’ tennis competitions. It is also the training venue for the national team and national youth teams. Damir Džumhur ( ; born 20 May 1992) is a professional tennis player from Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is currently Bosnia and Herzegovina's No. 1 player. Diego Galeano (tennis)
Diego Sebastian Galeano (born 1 February 1992) is a Paraguayan former professional tennis player. Tennis career Born in Asunción, Galeano was a top 100 junior and made his Davis Cup debut as a 17-year old in 2009. He represented Paraguay at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics, where he lost a bronze medal playoff in the doubles. Galeano played college tennis for Baylor University from 2012 to 2015. Márton Fucsovics ( hu, Fucsovics Márton, ; born 8 February 1992) is a Hungarian professional tennis player. He achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 31 on 4 March 2019.
