State Route 100 (SR 100) is a west–east state highway in both West Tennessee and Middle Tennessee that connects Whiteville with Nashville. It is long. Route description Hardeman County SR 100 begins as a primary highway in West Tennessee in Hardeman County at an intersection with US 64/SR 15 in Whiteville. Then SR 100 leaves Whiteville heading east but slightly northward before crossing the Hatchie River. SR 100 then has an intersection with SR 138 just north of Toone. Shortly afterwards, it has an interchange with SR 18 and shortly thereafter enters Chester County. Chester County SR 100 has an intersection with SR 125 before entering a hilly area of western Tennessee and passing Chickasaw State Park before intersecting SR 225 and entering Henderson. South Fork Of The Forked Deer River
The South Fork of the Forked Deer River is formed at the confluence of Huggins Creek and Tar Creek in the southern part of Chester County, Tennessee, United States. It flows in a generally northern direction and passes just to the east of Henderson. It then runs in a northwesterly direction and enters Madison County and passes near Pinson. Flowing still generally north it passes through Jackson. It continues across Madison County and enters Crockett County, It flows in a northwest direction through the following counties sometimes passing in and out of a county several times. State Route 225 (SR 225) is a long north-south secondary state highway located in West Tennessee. It connects Hornsby with Henderson. Chickasaw State Park is a state park located in Chester County, Tennessee, in the Southeastern United States. The park consists of 1,280 acres (5 km²) amidst a 14,384 acres (58 km²) state forest, and includes Lake Placid, Lake Lajoie, and some of West Tennessee's highest areas. History Chickasaw State Park was named for the Chickasaw Indians who once inhabited West Tennessee and Northern Mississippi. State Route 138 (SR 138) is a state highway in West Tennessee, connecting the town of Toone with Interstate 40 (I-40). Route description SR 138 begins in Hardeman County at an intersection with SR 18. It goes northwest through wooded areas to enter Toone, where it passes through town along Main Street before having an intersection with SR 100. The highway then leaves Toone and continues northwest through mostly wooded areas to cross into Madison County. State Route 15 (SR 15) is a west–east route from Memphis to Monteagle. For much of its route it has an unsigned concurrency with U.S. Route 64. SR 15 does travel through the southern part of all 3 Grand Divisions of the state: West Tennessee, Middle Tennessee, and East Tennessee.
