As of 2006, Telvis has been awarded 44 times (from 1962), making it the oldest television award in Finland. The Telvis statue has been designed by artist Olavi Hurmerinta. Krisse Salminen
Krisse Salminen (born Heidi Kristiina Salminen; 28 May 1976) is a Finnish stand-up comedian and television talkshow hostess. She is the daughter of gameshow host Reijo Salminen. Her shtick is to present herself as a cow-eyed and stuck-up, self-centered blonde girly girl, speaking an exaggerated, urban, Helsinki-style nasal accent. She is one of the central figures of the burgeoning Finnish stand-up scene. She made an appearance in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 as a guest host and green room reporter. She has had TV shows called ''Krisse Show'' and ''Krisse Road Show''. She appeared on the 2012 series of Tanssii tähtien kanssa, the Finnish version of Strictly Come Dancing, with professional partner Matti Puro. She just won with 57% of the vote. ''Katso'' is a Finnish weekly television magazine published by Aller Media Oy in Finland. The Finnish word katso means "look!". History and profile ''Katso'' started in 1960 as a TV guide, but in 2003 extended to entertainment and celebrity gossip. For a short period after its 2003 renovation, the magazine was known as ''Katso!'' and was issued two times a week. In 2008 it reverted to being a TV guide abandoning all gossip journalism and focusing on inside views on television programs. ''Katso'' is part of Aller Media and is published weekly by Aller Media Oy. The company acquired the magazine in 2006. The weekly is based in Helsinki. In the 1960s the magazine was very influential in shaping the early Finnish television context. Risto Pekka Kaskilahti (born 29 January 1963, in Viitasaari)Kuka kukin on 2007, Otava 2006 is a Finnish actor. Kaskilahti has worked in the Helsinki City Theatre since 2001, but he came to the public's attention as a regular competitor on ''Se on siinä'', a humorous sports quiz show, of which screenwriter he has also been. He has also portrayed in several movies and TV-series. In 2005, Kaskilahti was awarded his second Telvis-prize. When performing on ''Elixir'', a Finnish sports-focused TV-show, he trained with the official Finnish cross-country skiing team.
