Painan is a coastal town that serves as the capital of the South Pesisir regency of West Sumatra, Indonesia. It is an urban centre (''kelurahan'') in IV Jurai District. History There is no certain historical document or archive that holds the origin of the town's name. The 2015 Indonesia Super League, also known as QNB League for sponsorship reasons, was the seventh season of the top-flight Indonesian professional league for association football clubs since its establishment in 2008. The season was planned to be started in February 2015. It was first officially announced that the 2015 Indonesia Super League would start on 1 February 2015, with verification process for the participants done in December 2014 but because of the reduction to participants to 18 teams, it was planned to start either on 21 or 22 February. The 2012–13 Indonesia Super League U-21 season was the fifth edition of Indonesia Super League U-21, a competition that are intended for footballers under the age of twenty-one years. 2021 Menpora Cup
The 2021 Menpora Cup ( id, Piala Menpora 2021) was a pre-season tournament held by the PSSI ahead of the 2021 Liga 1. The tournament started on 21 March and finished with a two-legged final on 22 and 25 April 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all matches were played behind closed doors. The 2021 edition was the second edition of Menpora Cup, with the first edition being held in 2013 which was won by Arema who defeated Australian side Central Coast Mariners by 2–1 in the final. Persija won the finals 4–1 on aggregate against Persib for the title. Teams PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) decided that only 18 teams that participated in the 2020 Liga 1 could join this tournament.
