Teemu Harju
Teemu Harju is a Finnish professional darts player who currently plays in World Darts Championship (WDF) events. He won a silver medal at the WDF Europe Cup and represented Finland during the WDF World Cup and WDF Europe Cup. Career Harju was a prospective Finnish player. He took part in the PDC World Youth Championship three times as a qualifier from Scandinavia. His best result was at the 2012 PDC World Youth Championship, where he defeated Ryan Harrington in the first round match by 5–1 in legs. In the second round he lost to Rhys Dudley by 3–5 in legs. At the end of September 2022, he was selected by the national federation to participate in the 2022 WDF Europe Cup. On the third day of the tournament, he advanced to the finals of the singles competition, defeating Nick Kenny, Jan McIntosh and Danny van Trijp on the road to the final. Danny Van Trijp
Danny van Trijp (born 24 December 1996) is a Dutch darts player currently playing in Professional Darts Corporation events. Career He attended European Q-School in 2019, but never got farther than the last 16, missing out on a Tour Card. He did then qualify as the one of the Association Member qualifiers for the 2019 European Darts Open in Leverkusen, Germany. However, he lost 6–3 to Adam Hunt in the first round. He also qualified for the 2019 Dutch Darts Masters. In the first round he won a 6–5 victory against Keegan Brown, but was defeated 6–2 by Ricky Evans in the second round. Danny made his Players Championship debut on 3 August 2019. He lost in the first round to David Pallett (6-5). 2011 PDC World Youth Championship
The 2011 PDC Under-21 World Championship was the first edition of the PDC World Youth Championship, a tournament organised by the Professional Darts Corporation for darts players aged between 14 and 21. The knockout stages from the last 64 to the semi-finals were played in Barnsley on 16 November 2010, and were not broadcast live on TV. The final took place on 3 January 2011, before the final of the 2011 PDC World Darts Championship, which was shown live on Sky Sports. The two finalists became PDC Pro Tour card holders for 2011 and 2012 and received sponsorship from Rileys Dart Zones. They also received invitations to the 2010 Grand Slam of Darts. Professional Darts Corporation
The Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) is a professional darts organisation in the United Kingdom, established in 1992 when a group of leading players split from the British Darts Organisation (BDO) to form what was initially called the World Darts Council (WDC). Sports promoter Eddie Hearn is the PDC chairman. World Masters (darts)
The World Masters is one of the longest-running and most prestigious of the BDO/WDF tournaments, which began in 1974. The tournament is sponsored by darts board manufacturer, Winmau. The World Masters was unusual in darts in that its sets are the best of 3 legs (first to 2) rather than the standard best of 5 legs (first to 3). It was previously the final leg of the BDO's Grand Slam title of televised majors, along with the BDO World Darts Championship, International Darts League and World Darts Trophy, until the latter two tournaments were axed in 2008. The champion is referred to as the World Master. After the collapse of the British Darts Organisation in September 2020, the World Darts Federation announced plans to launch the WDF World Masters. Ulf Ceder
Ulf Ceder (born 17 April 1974) is a Finnish former professional darts player. Career Ceder reached the first round of the 1996 Winmau World Masters where he lost to Roland Scholten. Ceder then reached the last 32 stage of the 2004 WDF Europe Cup, defeating John Walton before losing to Robert Wagner. He then won the 2005 Finland National Championship, beating Kim Viljanen in the final. Ceder qualified for the 2006 BDO World Darts Championship, winning one of six places in the international playoffs. He was beaten in the first round 3–1 by Scotland's Mike Veitch. Jacques Labre
Jacques Labre (born 6 November 1982) is a French professional steel-tip and soft-tip darts player who currently plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He was the first French player to gain a PDC Tour Card and become professional. He is a WDF Europe Cup champion and a first medalist of this tournament from France. He is also a Spanish Open Champion. He has represented his nation during the PDC World Cup of Darts, WDF World Cup and WDF Europe Cup. The World Darts Federation (WDF) is a sport governing body and (along with the PDC) a tournament organiser for the game of darts.
