Tasmania Zoo is a zoo located in Launceston, Tasmania, Launceston, in the Australian state of Tasmania. Situated on of old growth native bushland, it is home to the state's largest collection of native and exotic animals. Tasmania Zoo is a fully accredited member of the Zoo and Aquarium Association, working closely with all Australasian zoos, and are involved in various species management programs. Riverside, Tasmania
Riverside is a rural and urban locality in the local government areas of Meander Valley and West Tamar in the Launceston region of Tasmania. The locality is about south-east of the town of Beaconsfield. The 2016 census has a population of 6472 for the state suburb of Riverside. It is a residential suburb 5 kilometres (2.5 mi) north-west of the central business district of Launceston, Tasmania's second largest city. Caracal
The caracal (''Caracal caracal'') () is a medium-sized wild cat native to Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and arid areas of Pakistan and northwestern India. It is characterised by a robust build, long legs, a short face, long tufted ears, and long canine teeth. Tyrannosaurus Rex
''Tyrannosaurus'' is a genus of large theropod dinosaur. The species ''Tyrannosaurus rex'' (''rex'' meaning "king" in Latin), often called ''T. rex'' or colloquially ''T-Rex'', is one of the best represented theropods. Monarto Zoo
Monarto Safari Park, formerly known as Monarto Zoological Park and Monarto Zoo, is a open-range zoo located in South Australia administered by the Royal Zoological Society of South Australia. It is located at Monarto, approximately from Adelaide's centre. Mogo Zoo
Mogo Wildlife Park (formerly Mogo Zoo) is a small privately owned zoo in Mogo, on the south coast of New South Wales, Australia. Description Mogo is a member of the Zoo and Aquarium Association and has had success in breeding programs for endangered species, including the Cotton-top tamarin, Black-and-white ruffed lemur, Red panda, and Sumatran tiger. The zoo has one of Australia's largest collections of primates. Unlike most small Australian zoos, Mogo Wildlife Park focuses on exotic species. Symbio Wildlife Park
Symbio Wildlife Park is a privately owned medium sized zoo located in Helensburgh, New South Wales, south of Sydney and in close proximity to the city of Wollongong. Melbourne Zoo is a zoo in Melbourne, Australia. It is located within Royal Park in Parkville, approximately north of the centre of Melbourne. It is the primary zoo serving Melbourne. Red Panda
The red panda (''Ailurus fulgens''), also known as the lesser panda, is a small mammal native to the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China.
