Tanganda Tea
Tanganda Tea is the biggest grower and producer of tea and coffee in Zimbabwe and one of the biggest tea producers in Africa. It is a competing food corporation in Zimbabwe, and forms part of the Meikles Group, a major Zimbabwean company which also owns hotels and department stores in southern Africa. Tanganda is based in Mutare in the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe. Coffee
Coffee is a drink prepared from roasted coffee beans. Darkly colored, bitter, and slightly acidic, coffee has a stimulant, stimulating effect on humans, primarily due to its caffeine content. Meikles () is the popular name given to Meikles Hotel in central Harare, Zimbabwe, Meikles' department stores in Zimbabwe and Meikles Limited, the company which owns everything including the hotel, the department stores and Meikles' TM Supermarket chain and other retail outlets. The company owns stock in Rebserve + Kingdom Financial Holdings. The company was listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange in 1996 and its market capitalization was ZW$6.3 trillion at the end of 2005.
