ESPN UK
BT Sport 4 is a British sports television channel owned by Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA and the BT Group. It is part of the BT Sport group of channels in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and is predominantly focused on sports from North America. The channel was established by ESPN Inc. on 3 August 2009 as ESPN (or ESPN UK), after having acquired a share of rights to English Premier League. It served as ESPN's first UK channel devoted to domestic sport, as its pan-European sister networks ESPN Classic and ESPN America were devoted to archive content and North American sport respectively. Alongside the Premier League, the channel acquired shares of the rights to the FA Cup, Scottish Premier League, Premiership Rugby, and UEFA Europa League among other properties. Mark Andrew Chapman (nicknamed Chappers) (born 11 October 1973) is a British television and radio presenter who, mainly working in sport, presents ''Match of the Day 2'' on BBC One and Sky Sports' coverage of the EFL Cup. He also hosts ''Saturday afternoons'' plus ''The Monday Night Club'' on '' 5 live Sport''. Early life Chapman was born in Rochdale, Lancashire, but spent most of his youth in Sale on the other side of the city of Manchester. He attended Manchester Grammar School, and during his time there developed an interest in radio, wanting to work for Radio 1 from the age of 13. He went on to gain a degree in French and Business Studies from the University of Hull.
