Taco John's International, Inc. is an American fast food restaurant founded in 1969 by John Turner. The chain serves Cuisine of Mexico#Mexican cuisine outside of Mexico, Mexican-inspired fast-food, fast food (which it calls "West-Mex") as well as the company's signature dish, Potato Olés, which are bite-sized deep-fried potato nuggets coated with a proprietary blend of spices and seasonings. Scottsbluff is a city in Scotts Bluff County, in the western part of the state of Nebraska, in the Great Plains region of the United States. The population was 14,436 at the 2020 census.
