Tülay Karaca is a Turkish Belly dance, belly dancer who gained widespread fame in the 1980s and 1990s for her commanding stage presence, precise technique with Zill, finger cymbals (''zills''), and prominent television appearances. She is considered one of the leading figures in the golden era of Turkish :tr:Oryantal dans, Oryantal dans (Oriental dance).
