Tyagraj Khadilkar is an Indian singer, music composer, actor and host in Marathi film industry. He was the contestant of Boss Marathi 1 and was Evicted on Day 56. Childhood Tyagraj Khadilkar is from the musical family of Krushnaji Prabhakar Khadilkar in Kolhapur. He completed his initial schooling in Kolhapur and then moved to Pune. He completed his schooling at Modern High School, Pune and graduated from PES Modern College of Engineering Pune. He received music education from his mother Manjushri Khadilkar and Indirabai Khadilkar and Gangadhar buva Pimpalkhare. Career Tyagraj has sung more than 52 title tracks of Marathi TV shows. Marathi cinema is an Indian film industry of Marathi-language motion pictures. It is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Based in old Mumbai, it is the oldest film industry of Indian cinema. The first Marathi film to be released in India was ''Shree Pundalik'' by Dadasaheb Torne on 18 May 1912 at Coronation Cinematograph, Mumbai. and a Marathi crew who were performing Marathi and Sanskrit (musicals) and plays in Marathi at that period. Krushnaji Prabhakar Khadilkar
Krushnaji Prabhakar Khadilkar (Devanagari: कृष्णाजी प्रभाकर खाडिलकर) (25 November 1872 – 26 August 1948) was a Marathi writer from Maharashtra, India. George calls him "a prominent lieutenant of Lokmanya Tilak". He was editor of Kesari, Lokmanya and Navakal. The subject of navakal is political , trade and market price Khadilkar in the beginning of his career wrote prose-plays, but achieved "even greater recognition" with plays like ''Svayamvara'' – which had songs which were based on Indian classical music. The notability of his dramatic technique, in his fifteen plays, was to "endow ancient Hindu legends and tales with contemporary political significance". Datta Davjekar
Dattatreya Shankar Davjekar (Born on 15 November 1917. died ), better known as Datta Davjekar or Datta Daujeker ( mr, दत्ता डावजेकर), was a veteran music composer mainly associated with Marathi and Hindi movies. He is credited for giving a break to many singers who became extremely popular over a period of time, including the Mangeshkar siblings, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosale and Usha Mangeshkar as well as others such as Anuradha Paudwal. Career Datta Davjekar's father Baburao used to play tabla for live folk musical plays as well as in Urdu plays. Davjekar learned how to play tabla and harmonium and thus developed an interest in music. He also started composing songs. Anil Mohile
Anil Mohile (1940 - 2012) was an Indian music composer and music arranger. Music career Mohile composed music for several movies including Marathi and Hindi Films. He had worked closely with Lata Mangeshkar for many years. He arranged music for 85 films, including Amitabh Bachchan starrers Sharaabi and Don. He also composed music with Arun Paudwal as a duo 'Anil-Arun'. Anuradha Paudwal had sung many songs under the composition of this music composer pair. He died on Wednesday,1 February 2012 morning, at his residence in Andheri, after suffering a massive heart attack. He was 71-year-old and is survived by his wife, daughter and son, Amar. Shridhar Phadke
Shridhar Phadke ( mr, श्रीधर फडके, born 9 September 1950) is a famous Marathi language music composer from Maharashtra, India. Early life Shridhar Phadke was born on 9 September 1950 in Mumbai. He is son of the famous Marathi singer and composer Sudhir Phadke and singer Lalitabai Phadke. He completed his education from D. G. Ruparel College of Arts Science and Commerce and later did his post graduation in Information Technology in United States of America in the decade of 1970. Later he joined Air India. He retired from Air India as Executive Director-IT in the year 2009. He has not undergone any formal training for music. Ashok Patki (born 25 August 1941) is an Indian music director and composer; working predominantly in Marathi cinema, theatre and television. He is best known for his very popular compositions like "Mile Sur Mera Tumhara", "Purab Se Surya Uga". Patki has also composed over 5000 jingles and has been awarded with Indian National Film Award for Best Music Direction at 54th National Film Awards in 2006 for a Konkani film, ''Antarnaad''.
