Two Rivers Behavioral Health System was a 105-bed psychiatric hospital located in Kansas City, Missouri. Opened in October 1986, the facility was operated as a private, for-profit, behavioral health hospital and was owned by Universal Health Services. Research Medical Center is a 590-bed hospital located in Kansas City, Missouri at 2316 East Meyer Boulevard. It is part of the HCA Midwest Division. Background German Hospital was originally established in 1886 in a brick farmhouse near present day East 23rd Street & Holmes Street.
