Tsqaltubo Municipality
Tsqaltubo ( ka, წყალტუბოს მუნიციპალიტეტი) is a district of Georgia, in the region of Imereti. Its main town is Tskaltubo. Tskaltubo Municipality is a self-governing unit in the Imereti region. People still lived on its territory during the Stone Age, which is confirmed by the numerous settlements discovered during the excavations. The earliest weapon in the Caucasus is found in the White Cave - a copper arrowhead dating back to the 4th-5th millennium BC. It became an official balneological resort in 1920, and was granted the status of a city in 1953. Located in the central part of Imereti. Saldus
Saldus (; german: Frauenburg) is a Latvian town located in Courland ( lv, Kurzeme) and is the main town, and the central location in Saldus Municipality. The name Saldus has been noted in historical sources as far back as the mid-13th century, but the founding year is considered to be 1856, and it gained town rights in 1917. The city is almost precisely in between Riga and Liepāja (slightly closer to ‘Liepāja’ (100 km), than Riga (119 km). River Ciecere flows through Saldus, and it is a tributary to one of Latvia’s biggest rivers Venta. The city is often referred to as "the Bowl of Courland". Kirovsk ( uk, Кіровськ, russian: Kировск), known in Ukraine as Holubivka ( uk, Голубі́вка), is a city in Luhansk Oblast (province) of Ukraine. It is incorporated as a city of oblast significance. Population: , . History The settlement was founded in 1764 as a village named Golubovka by the Russian colonel and native of Serbia, Peter Golub. Its history follows closely the history of industrial development in the Eastern Ukraine. When coal mines were developed in the area, the village became known as Golubovskiy Rudnik. Sataplia Strict Nature Reserve ( ka, სათაფლიის სახელმწიფო ნაკრძალი) is located 10 km from town of Kutaisi in Imereti region of Georgia. Visitors center is located in village lower Alvani, Akhmeta Municipality at the slopes of extinct volcano — Mount Sataplia.
