Trust Golf Asian Mixed Cup
The Trust Golf Mixed Series is a golf competition held in Thailand. The inaugural two events of the Asian Mixed Series were played back-to-back on the Waterside Course at Siam Country Club, home of the Honda LPGA Thailand, between 7 and 16 April 2022. Asian Mixed Series The 2022 series was held jointly on the Asian Tour and Ladies European Tour (LET), played in Pattaya, Thailand. Both events featured 60 LET players and 60 Asian Tour players, along with 24 sponsor invitations, playing for the same prize fund and trophy. Each tournament offered a prize fund of US$750,000, along with Official World Golf Ranking points amongst the male field. Order of Merit points were awarded to players from both tours respectively. The 2022 Trust Golf Asian Mixed Cup winner; Ratchanon Chantananuwat became the youngest male winner on a major tour, at 15 years and 37 days. Asian Tour
The Asian Tour is the principal men's professional golf tour in Asia except for Japan, which has its own Japan Golf Tour, which is also a full member of the International Federation of PGA Tours. Official money events on the tour count for World Golf Ranking points. The Asian Tour is administered from Singapore. It is controlled by a board with a majority of professional golfers, and a Tournament Players Committee of its player members, supported by an executive team. The PGA Tour of Australasia, currently known for sponsorship reasons as the ISPS Handa PGA Tour of Australasia, is a professional golf tour for men, owned and operated by the PGA of Australia. Official events on the tour count for World Golf Ranking points. The tour is recognised as being founded in 1973 when the PGA of Australia instituted an Order of Merit. Despite always including at least one tournament in New Zealand, the tour was known as the PGA Tour of Australia until it adopted its current name in 1991 following the inclusion of three events in Asia. Pavarisa Yoktuan ( th, ปวริศา ยกทวน; born: 3 May 1994) is a Thai professional golfer playing on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour. Early life Yoktuan was born on 3 May 1994. She started playing golf at the age of 9 years old. Hobbies include watching television series, sleeping and swimming. Chanettee Wannasaen ( th, ชเนตตี วรรณแสน; born 16 April 2004) is a Thai professional golfer playing on the LPGA Tour. In 2022, she won six tournaments in Thailand before claiming her first win in Europe at the Trust Golf Links Series - Ramside Hall on the LET Access Series. Chapchai Nirat ( th, ชัพชัย นิราช; born 5 June 1983) is a Thai professional golfer. Chapchai is the son of a Thai national team golfer, and turned professional in 1998 as a fifteen-year-old. He won for the first time as a pro at the 2004 Genting Masters in Malaysia. He joined the Asian Tour in 2005, and had a second-place finish in his rookie season.
