Trond Strande
Trond Strande (born 24 November 1970) is a Norwegian football coach and former footballer who is currently assistant coach in Eliteserien club Molde. He spent his entire career playing for Molde FK and was a regular on Molde's team from 1991 to 2007. Club career Strande was born in Molde, and grew up in Elnesvågen. As a youngster, Strande started to play football for Elnesvågen IL, and made his debut for the first-team at the age of 15. In 1987, he played for Fræna FK, where he was a regular on both the youth-team and the first-team. Strande joined the youth-team of Molde FK the next season. Trond Strande was taken up in Molde's senior squad in 1990, and he made his debut on 28 April 1991 against Lyn, when he came on as a substitute in the 86th minute. Molde
Molde () is a town and municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Romsdal. 1994 Norwegian First Division
The 1994 1. divisjon, Norway's second-tier football league, began play on 1 May 1994 and ended on 2 October 1994. The league was contested by 24 teams, divided in two groups. Due to an expansion from 12 to 14 teams in Tippeligaen, the top two teams of each group won promotion to Tippeligaen and the bottom two teams were relegated to the 2. divisjon. This was the first season the two groups were named with numbers instead of letters. Eliteserien Play-offs
The Eliteserien, until 1991 known as the 1. divisjon and between 1991 and 2016 known as ''Tippeligaen'', has employed a system of play-off qualification to determine promotion and relegation with the 1. divisjon (until 1991 the 2. divisjon). Various varieties have been in place since the system was introduced at the end of the 1972 season, but only one team has been promoted per year. The play-offs have always supplemented a system of direct promotion and relegation of two teams. Mattias Kent Moström (born 25 February 1983) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a right midfielder for SK Træff. He played most of his career for Norwegian Eliteserien club Molde. He started his career with AIK, before he made his senior debut with FC Café Opera. He later returned to AIK before he moved to Molde in 2007. Vegard Forren
Vegard Valgermo Forren (born 16 February 1988) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for KÍ Klaksvík. He was capped over 30 times for the Norway national team. Born in Kyrksæterøra, Forren was originally a youth player at local club KIL/Hemne, before starting his professional career with Molde in 2007. After making over 150 appearances for Molde, he joined Southampton in January 2013 for a fee in the region of £4 million, but ended up not playing a single game. 2007 Norwegian First Division
The 2007 1. divisjon season (referred to as Adeccoligaen for sponsorship reasons) was a Norwegian second-tier football season. The season began on April 9, 2007 and concluded on November 4, 2007. It was the tenth and final season in which teams competed for two automatic promotion spots and one playoff spot. The 1. divisjon was won by Molde, who finished one point ahead of Ham-Kam. Both clubs were relegated from the Tippeligaen in 2006 and were promoted back to the highest level after only one season. Eliteserien () is a Norwegian professional league for association football clubs. At the top of the Norwegian football league system, it is the country's primary football competition.
